Angola plans to gender-sensitise mine action at an educational level, providing primary education that is gender sensitive and reducing illiteracy to create appropriate conditions for the protection of youth with special needs. Their mine action policy is
planned to contribute to MDG 3, promoting gender equality and empowering women.
